Teresa Vela Hayes is the Managing Director of Sales and Leasing and an Associate Broker. Her deep experience in real estate especially in regard to buyers and sellers of all types of homes is very valuable to IPG Real Estate clients.
She is a unique professional because she also is adept at handling commercial real estate assignments in regard to representing commercial tenants, landlords and investors.
Prior to joining IPG Real Estate, Teresa successfully managed the real estate sales of new homes at a major United States home builder. She was responsible for the quick sell out of two major projects during a challenging down market.
Teresa is dedicated to her clients and provides the highest level of commitment and customer service.
Her Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science makes her sensitive to the environment in all of her real estate assignments especially in regard to the “green” aspects of buildings and sustainability opportunities.
She lives in Warwick New York where she has raised her family.
