Excavation

When investors or individuals purchase acreage for the purpose of building new homes for the waiting public, they must have the land cleared. This is called excavation. The property may have trees, bushes and other old landfill the previous owner of the property has possibly thrown out. Very soon you will see and hear huge machines, diggers and trucks clearing the property of all the old rubbish. Mounds of topsoil may have to be moved from one side of the site to the other. If the land is not flat after it is cleared, old rocks will be crushed and the land graded. When the excavators are finished, you will see a totally new and amazing property just waiting to be surveyed into lots, so the new foundations can be laid.
