IPG Real Estate Executive Selected to Share Top Negotiating Tips at FlipFest USA


New York – On Saturday, October 24, 2015 attendees at FlipFest USA’s New York Wealth Expo will have the chance to hear expert real estate professional George F. Donohue speak on negotiation and real estate dealmaking. The all-day event is scheduled to take place the New York Hilton Midtown, located at 1335 Avenue of The Americas (6th Avenue & 53rd Street) in Manhattan.

The negotiating strategies he shares will position audience members to build dealmaking confidence and create win/win situations with any negotiation style. Practical tips he offers include how to avoid losing a good deal, insights on improving profits and using the motivations of every player as an advantage in any negotiation situation.

 


Currently the president of IPG Real Estate Inc., Donohue was previously Head of Real Estate for the World Trade Center, managing one of the world’s largest real estate portfolios. Mr. Donohue holds a BS in Architecture and an MS in Real Estate Development from NYU and is the author of a best-selling book, Real Estate Dealmaking: An Investor’s Guide to Negotiating.
